Many changes have taken place and including new developments The webinar will consist of practical discussion, case studies, and negotiations exercises to better illustrate to participants on how to deal with foreign employee issues including the recent changes. The emphasis will be on handling foreign employees’ issues and implications.

Trainer Profile
David Shanmugam
David is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London and Master of Business Administration degree from Victoria University. He has many years of legal experience in the private sector and is presently working in a law firm.
Over the years, he has conducted legal training for the corporate sector on the various practical legal issues facing the corporate field and has lectured for many training institutions, on Business and Company Law. He currently conducts seminars and workshops regularly for Directors, HR and Finance Professionals.

Understanding Employment Foreign Workers and Its Recent Amendments

An e-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participant who complete the course with 100% attendance.
Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes.
Cancellation
A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
