Understand the legal obligations of duty holders, including the project manager of a worksite, under the new WSH framework
Form the WSH Committee and implement its functions

Plan and implement an occupational health programme and risk assessment in accordance with general principles and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines
Plan and implement risk management for all construction activities in accordance with general principles and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines

Learners must be holding the position of Chairman of Safety Committee, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendent, or equivalent post to be eligible to attend this course.
Learners are assumed to have:
Employability Skills (ES) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 6 and above or equivalence
Knowledge of the construction industry activities
Upon completion of the course, learners are required to sit for a 4 hours Written Assessment.

Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency
SCAL Academy reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria
Training provider will submit trainee details via SSG Training Provider Gateway and will bill in NETT fee if trainee is eligible for training grant. Note that all grants are subject for final approval by SSG.

RegisterReplacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. Appeal of Assessment Result: (a) Students who wish to appeal for review of assessment results, please fill the Assessment Appeal Form that can be downloaded from website. There will be an admin fee of $60.00 (incl GST, non-refundable).
