This course teaches techniques in problem-solving and decision making, including root cause analysis of problem, generating and evaluating alternative solutions, making appropriate decisions, and taking responsibility for the decisions within own circle of influence.

Identify symptom(s) of potential problem(s) at the workplace
Identify deviations to workplace norms and practices from symptom(s) identified

The problem identification course provides participants with a comprehensive set of skills to identify and define problems, analyze data, evaluate implications, generate alternative solutions, select and implement effective solutions, and communicate recommendations. Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to approach problem-solving in a structured and effective manner. They will be able to identify the root cause of problems, consider their impact on stakeholders, generate creative and innovative solutions, and communicate their recommendations effectively. Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. Appeal of Assessment Result: (a) Students who wish to appeal for review of assessment results, please fill the Assessment Appeal Form that can be downloaded from website. There will be an admin fee of $60.00 (incl GST, non-refundable).
