The Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (AWSHCS) / Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) is a mandatory WSH training course for all construction workers. They must complete the course before beginning any construction work or entering a construction site. Upon completion, trainees will be equipped to enter construction sites and perform general construction duties. This course is conducted and assessed entirely in Bengali.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Identify own roles and responsibilities as an employee in a construction job
Follow safe work procedures in a construction job
Follow safe “Work-at-Height” procedures

1 hour written (40 MCQs, 60% passing) and 1 hour practical (Competent/Not Yet Competent basis).

Important Note
Participants must wear their own PPE (Helmets and safety boots/shoes) for the practical lesson. Those without the required PPE will not be permitted to participate in the practical lesson or assessment

Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. Appeal of Assessment Result: (a) Students who wish to appeal for review of assessment results, please fill the Assessment Appeal Form that can be downloaded from website. There will be an admin fee of $60.00 (incl GST, non-refundable).
