Develop Effective Human Resource Policies for SMEs

A well-structured HR Policy Manual is more than just documentation — it is a critical foundation for effective employee management, compliance, and organisational growth. Poorly written or outdated policies can expose companies to legal and operational risks, while strong HR policies help create a fair, safe and productive workplace.

Designed for HR practitioners and SME owners, this session provides practical insights into developing, implementing, communicating and reviewing HR policies with confidence.
