Green clauses and sustainability provisions in construction contracts

Course Introduction

As the construction industry moves towards greener and more sustainable practices, contract clauses are increasingly being used as tools to drive environmental responsibility across project lifecycles. This webinar will delve into the concept of green clauses and sustainability provisions in construction contracts — exploring how they are drafted, interpreted, and implemented.
