This 4-hour workshop provides participants with a practical understanding of how to implement and manage Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) in alignment with MOM’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
The session focuses on moving beyond basic regulatory compliance to using VSS as a proactive risk management and supervisory tool. Participants will learn how VSS supports hazard identification, supervision of high-risk activities, incident investigation, and demonstration of employer due diligence.
The workshop combines regulatory guidance, case discussions, and practical implementation strategies tailored for worksites.

Allan has extensive experience in the construction industry, having begun a professional career as site personnel after which to oversee environmental, health, safety and sustainability. Allan’s expertise in building, upgrading and A&A projects, with particular specialization in Housing & Development Board (HDB) developments.
As an experience trainer with SCAL Academy, Allan facilitates a variety of WSH and Project related courses, including Top Executive WSH Program (TEWP), Risk Management Course, Managing Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (formerly CSCPM), Register Earthwork Supervisor, CONQUAS Training for builder and even Safe Management Officer Course conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Holding a Diploma in Architecture, Degree in Construction Management and Master in Occupational Safety and Health, Allan is well-positioned to understand the practical needs and challenges of course participants. With a strong specialization in construction, Allan is able to relate effectively to industry stakeholders and deliver training that is both practical and relevant to actual workplace conditions.

Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes.
Cancellation
A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
