Speaker Profile

Phyllis Yang has been a keen advocate of BIM and GIS ever since she led the development of a 3D virtual campus using BIM ArchiCAD and tree inventory asset management app back in 2004. Over the years she went from piloting GIS projects involving aerial mapping, remote sensing, drone inspection, QR code tracking inventory and laser scan to BIM; to setting up BIM training for new AEC graduates and professionals. Together with her BIM team, they have supported numerous companies with their BIM, VDC and IDD projects. She is an ACTA qualified trainer and holds postgraduate qualifications in landscape architecture and environmental management.
