Racia Yoong
Senior Manager, Practice Lead, Sustainability – Transformation Advisory, BDO Consultant
Racia built her career as a Sustainability Consultant at both a Big Four firm and a boutique firm. During that period, she worked with numerous clients across various sectors, including finance, energy, technology, tourism and hospitality, real estate, and non-profit organisations. She has been instrumental in guiding numerous clients through their initial forays into ESG initiatives. Her projects cover a wide range, from developing inaugural ESG/Sustainability/CSR reports, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory/Measurement/Accounting, Sustainability-related Policies & Procedures, and Sustainable Finance & Responsible Lending Frameworks.
At her former company, Racia led Sustainability Projects involving data management, assessment frameworks, & survey methodologies. She utilized Qualtrics software to provide valuable insights on corporates' sustainability performance. One of Racia's flagship projects, the Corporate Sustainability - The First Mile (CS-tFM), received the Global FinTech Hackcelerator award from MAS and SFA in November 2021. This project assessed the sustainability footprint of Mid-Sized Companies and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
Wee Jiaqi
Assistant Manager, Practice Co-Lead, Sustainability – Transformation Advisory
With over four years in sustainability industry, Jieqi brings extensive expertise to her current role in BDO. She was an integral member of the Sustainability Team at a global professional services firm, where she played a pivotal role in developing sustainability business strategies for both publicly listed and private clients across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. This experience highlights her adeptness at navigating complex regulatory environments and driving impactful sustainability initiatives. Furthermore, Jieqi led carbon tax assurance efforts for leading oil and gas companies, further solidifying her credentials in sustainability compliance and assurance.
Jieqi specializes in creating customized sustainability strategies, improving ESG capabilities, and managing sustainability risks. She has worked with government clients to develop sustainability reports for organizations like SportSG, Temasek Polytechnic, and Sentosa Development Corporation. She is also interested in real estate sustainability and has collaborated with industry groups such as the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore and the Singapore Green Building Council on industry trends.

RegisterCertification
An e-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participant who complete the course with 100% attendance.
Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes.
Cancellation
A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
