Speaker Profile

MICHAEL TAY

Michael Tay is the CEO of World-wide MD Consulting Group and a former associate consultant at Ernst & Young Consulting Group. He is a experienced trainer and facilitator in management subjects such as Total Quality Management, Occupational health & safety, quality, sales, marketing process and productivity management. He has been invited to deliver presentations and trainings in various organizations and conferences in Malaysia, China, and Singapore. He is known for his motivational training style and has trained senior management teams from SAF, PICO Global, and SKF Asia-pacific Group. He is a certified ISO and OHSAS auditor and has assisted over 1,000 companies in becoming certified to various ISO standards. He is currently appointed by IBM to perform EICC/GeSI audits on electronics manufacturers in Singapore and Malaysia.

Certification

An e-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participant who complete the course with 100% attendance. 

 

Replacement/Postponement

A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. 

 

Cancellation

A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
