Mastering Employee Grievance Management & Disciplinary Excellence

Treating employees with respect, and adopt fair and responsible employment practices in the workplace provides the organization with a strong foundation for developing and raising employees’ performance level. To start with, a fair grievance handling mechanism is the key to ensuring that grievances are handled in an appropriate and fair manner.

The whole idea of handling grievances is not solely to discipline employees but rather to educate them and ensure that their grievances are resolved applicably so that they are able to fully concentrate on their work. The session also takes a look at how an organization develops an effective disciplinary process/system which is fair and yet meets the ultimate objectives. An in depth discussion on the various forms of termination including dismissal and how employers can effectively manage each case.

Certification

An e-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participant who complete the course with 100% attendance. 

 

Replacement/Postponement

A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. 

 

Cancellation

A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
