Background
This half a day workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of key clauses in Singapore's most important employment statue law – the Employment Act of Singapore. The latter forms the basis to govern the employer-employee relationship in Singapore – outlining the statutory requirement of employees’ working terms and conditions and the employer’s rights and obligations of employment.
