Danna Er

Danna is recognised as one of the leading commercial and construction disputes lawyers in Singapore. She has been ranked as a leading construction lawyer by legal publications including Asian Legal Business, Asialaw, Doyle’s Guide, Junior Chamber International, Singapore Business Review and was awarded the Lawyer Monthly Women in Law Award for her outstanding legal expertise and contributions in the practice area of dispute resolution. Danna is also a qualified construction disputes adjudicator.
She is admitted to practise law in New York and Singapore and specialises in disputes prevention and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on international and domestic commercial and construction disputes. Prior to joining Eldan Law as a Partner, Danna practised in the projects and construction and international arbitration practices of two international law firms.
Danna received her Master of Laws from Columbia Law School in New York, U.S.A. Shaun has had 30 years of experience in the construction industry with various roles from a Contractor, Client and a Consultant in working in Malaysia, Singapore and Germany. He has handled various developments and in particular large-scale infrastructure, hotels & resorts, hospitals and airport developments as an Owner’s Representative / Project Director. His role has covered leadership roles on prestigious development projects right through from concept stages to handing over. His past experience include stints with large multi-national companies, and government linked and sovereign wealth fund agencies. Throughout his career he has developed a skill in dispute resolution and claims management and has recently been empanelled by the Asian International Arbitration Centre as a licensed Adjudicator and Mediator. He is as well an accredited and testified expert witness on delay and disruption claims in construction disputes operating in Singapore and Malaysia.

Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes.
Cancellation
A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
