This course is designed for personnel appointed to perform formwork activities which include formwork workers/tradesmen.
Attendees are assumed to have:
Employability Skills (ES) Workplace Literacy level 3 and above.
Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES Workplace Numeracy level 3 and above.

SCAL would like to encourage prospective course participants to inform SCAL in advance of any special needs such as medical needs or difficulty in movements.
Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. Appeal of Assessment Result: (a) Students who wish to appeal for review of assessment results, please fill the Assessment Appeal Form that can be downloaded from website. There will be an admin fee of $60.00 (incl GST, non-refundable).
