ML | WSH Micro-learning Programme is a mandatory course for workers who fail their CSOC/AWSHCS recertification assessment. It is also a supplementary course for those who want to gain knowledge before taking the CSOC/AWSHCS recertification or the 2-day CSOC/AWSHCS course.

When registering for the WSH Microlearning Programme, participants can expect to receive the e-learning link within three working days.
Participants who have completed all ten of the WSH Microlearning modules and the associated quizzes will instantly gain access to the Official Note of Completion Acknowledgment. The Official Note of Completion Acknowledgement can be used to verify that the Trainee have completed the ML Prog and be allowed to register for the CSOC 2 Days Course with any of the approved TPs. This acknowledgment can be obtained by accessing the SCAL Academy's e-learning application with your login upon finishing the WSH Microlearning programme.
Additionally, participants will receive a separate Certificate of Participation from SCAL Academy within three working days. The Certificate of Participation will be sent via email to the participant and the Person-In-Charge (PIC)
From January 2024 onwards, the CSOC recertification assessment will include questions sourced from the micro-learning topics. If a participant fails the recertification, they will have to undergo the full CSOC and micro-learning modules again before attempting the recertification.

This would not only lead to additional training costs but also the necessity to redo the entire WSH Micro-learning Programme and the two-day CSOC.
Construction companies are hence strongly advised to enroll their workers in this essential program, ensuring they are adequately equipped and prepared for their recertification assessment.
