OVERVIEW
This 4-hour awareness seminar introduces construction professionals to the potential of AI in office and site workflows. Through live demonstrations and guided showcases, participants will see how ChatGPT and custom GPTs can simplify tasks such as drafting emails, summarising reports, and preparing safety documentation.
In addition, participants will experience industry-specific GPTs already built for construction, including Risk Assessment and Method Statement assistants. The seminar is not a full training programme, but a practical preview designed to spark interest and prepare participants for deeper hands-on learning in the upcoming workshops.

Mr. Jeffrey Liu Bofan
Jeffrey is the Founder of QuickFlick and Director of Linksworkz Design. With 16 years of experience in design, project leadership, and AI adoption. He specialises in helping non-technical professionals apply AI tools to real-world workfows; and has trained construction companies, SMEs, and public learners on using ChatGPT and custom GPTs to improve productivity and collaboration. His workshops focus on hands-on, practical learning that delivers immediate workplace impact.

Certification
An e-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participant who complete the course with 100% attendance.
Replacement/Postponement
A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes.
Cancellation
A notice of cancellation must be given at least 3 working days before commencement of the course and 50% of course fee will be charged /returned. If notice is given less than 3 working days before the first day of the course, there will be no refund/100% charged.
