Pre-requisites

To be eligible for this course, learners should:

  • Must Hold positions of Chairman of Safety Committee, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or equivalent.

  • Possess Employability Skills (ES) Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 6 or its equivalent.

  • Have a solid understanding of construction industry activities.

Attendees with 100% course attendance and successful assessment completion will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SSG.

Trainee must achieve at least 75% attendance

Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments, and attain 100% competency

SCAL Academy reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria

Training provider will submit trainee details via SSG Training Provider Gateway and will bill in NETT fee if trainee is eligible for training grant. Note that all grants are subject for final approval by SSG.

Replacement /Postponement

A notice of replacement / postponement together with the full particulars of the new participant (for replacement) must be given to us AT LEAST 3 working days before course commencement. A charge of S$50 (replacement) or S$100 (postponement) will be imposed on such changes. Appeal of Assessment Result: (a) Students who wish to appeal for review of assessment results, please fill the Assessment Appeal Form that can be downloaded from website. There will be an admin fee of $60.00 (incl GST, non-refundable).
